1. "Setup Initialization Error" message appears while installation.
Check the property and capacity of C drive of software OPTIZEN VIEW. Follow file name to execute installation. ex) Rename the "C:\Windows\Temp" (or, "C:\Windows\Temp1") and retry.
(caution: If it doesn't work, Check PC memory. Like all the other software installation, it must have enough space to install and run program. )
2. OptizenView is automatically shut down while measuring.
MDAC (Micro-soft Data Access Component) while installation of OPTIZEN VIEW must be installed as sub-file. Close the OptizenView and re-install the MDAC(downloaded at http://www.microsoft.co.kr) by executing “mdac_typ.exe”.
(caution: MDAC could not be installed with some circumstnaces, it can happen. Go to www.microsoft.co.kr to access download MDAC.)
3. Check Environment of Operating system (ex. Window XP, 2000, or etc.)
Windows 95, 98 and Me: Choose “Win98” folder of OptizenView
Windows2000 or XP: Choose “Win2K” folder.
(caution: OPTIZEN VIEW 4.1 does not give you such message. Hence, OPTIZEN VIEW 4.1 can not be operated by Window 7.)
4. Check PC link status.
All instrument can not linked to your PC with OPTIZEN VIEW. Hence, its method of link can vary to each Optizen series. Check manual of instrument.
